Our team ranges in varying specialties from fine tuning Crown & Bridge specialists, CADCAM experts and technicians with dental clinic/ assistant experience.

With a combined experienced of 30+ years as well as Dental Clinic management, receptionist and Dental assisant backgrounds, you can be assured we have walked inn your shoes.

How do I Sign up as a New Dentist? Promotions for New Dentists?
Fill out our contact form and we will send your RX/Lab forms or if your local within 5km in the Blockhouse bay /Central Auckland region, we will drop of at a time that suits.

Shipping /Delivery FAQs
What is the best way to pack a case for shipping to UDL?
As carefully as possible!
Please be sure to disinfect all necessary items (impressions, bites, etc) and bag them if possible. All models should be wrapped as best as they can. Items should be secured and prevented from moving in the box during transit. Please label the boxes clearly.

What is UDLs shipping procedure?
UDL ships cases via track n trace courier and depending on your location, with same day/next day options available.
Same day delivery /drop off is also available for urgent/expediate cases (fees may apply).

When is the earliest time I can get a case returned?
If the case is in the lab now, it is best to call our Lab ak about a specific patient. If you are looking for speed on an upcoming case, please give us a ring with what you need. We can usually accommodate with the planning.

RX forms - Do you Deliver free RX forms? Download options?
RX forms are available at the top left of this page. You can send a case via email to : info@udl.nz.
Contact us for a drop off time for forms or we can courier a set of RX forms to your Clinic.
Digital Impressions/Scans - FAQs
UDL accepts scans from the following IOS scanners:
Trios
iTero
Medit
Denture scans are also accepted

How to connect with UDL using 3Shape TRIOS scanner?
Ensure you already have created and activated your 3Shape Communicate account at https://portal.3shapecommunicate.com
Press Configure Communicate button on the Lab Connection page to open Configure Communicate window. Press Add lab button to load 3Shape Communicate web site.
Press the Connections menu item at the top to load the Connected Sites page. Press Add Connection button to open Connect to other Dental Clinics and Labs page. Fill in Universal Dental Lab (TRIOS@universaldentallab) and press Find button.
Select UDL, click Connect and then Close. An email will be sent to us indicating your wish to connect. We recommend you also call us +6421-053-8156 to let us know you want to connect.
UDL will accept your connection and you will receive a confirmation email from 3Shape.
Once connected your system will automatically check for order templates and will download them to your TRIOS system.
